La Influencia de la Cultura Empresarial en el Rendimiento de la Pyme de México

En la actual literatura de las ciencias empresariales y de la gestión diversos investigadores, académicos y profesionales se han centrado en el publicación de investigaciones teóricas y empíricas sobre el desarrollo e importancia que tiene la cultura organizacional en las empresas, pero son relativamente pocos los investigadores y académicos que han trabajado en investigaciones tendientes a analizar y discutir la relación existente entre la cultura empresarial y el rendimiento de las empresas, y mas escasos son aún los estudios teóricos y empíricos publicados en la actual literatura que se analizan estos dos constructos en un ambiente de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes). Por ello, el objetivo fundamental de este trabajo de investigación es el efecto que tiene la cultura empresarial en el nivel del rendimiento de las Pymes del estado de Aguascalientes, utilizando para ello una muestra de 400 Pymes asentadas en Aguascalientes. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la cultura empresarial (Clan, Adhocrática y de Mercado) ejercen una fuerte influencia en el nivel del rendimiento de las Pymes, más no así la cultura de tipo Jerárquica.
